The Bill excludes regulations appertaining to tax, customs, budget and other legislation from the Law "On the State Budget of Ukraine for Year 2008, and Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine", and transfers them to the special Laws.
The Bill amends more than 30 Laws of Ukraine, inter alia, "On Value Added Tax", "On Oil and Gas", "On Taxation of Income of Enterprises", "On Motor Roads", "On Privatization of State Property", "On Land Lease", "On the Police". The Bill also introduces amendments to the Land Code of Ukraine and other normative and legal acts.
A relevant Bill (Reg. No. 2481/П1) was registered in The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
